I and my friend planned to assemble a computer, but when we finished it, it wouldn't start properly. Vega, dram, and the boot light on the motherboard appeared, and we're unsure what to do. We have a Ryzen 5 3600, Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2×8), and a MiX 470. It was the GPU, a 980Ti, that failed.

If you don't have a GPU, the image won't appear. The 3600 doesn't include an integrated GPU.
