Hello! We can check the specifications. Did the device function previously, or is this a fresh installation? Have you introduced any modifications to the hardware or software recently?

I have limited knowledge about the hardware, but I know I have 16G of DDR3 RAM and an AMD Radeon 5600X GPU. It was a Christmas gift from my parents this year and it functioned properly for about two days until yesterday. I woke up to find a solid red light on the motherboard, which indicated a possible issue. After checking online, it seemed like the RAM might be the problem. I tried removing and reinserting the RAM modules, but it didn’t resolve the issue. Recently, I performed a factory reset on my computer, and my monitors stopped working afterward. Otherwise, I haven’t experienced any problems before. If you have any advice, please let me know. I’m currently on vacation and will be back tomorrow to try suggestions or record a video of the situation.
