You need a wired connection for a clean Windows 11 install. Try connecting via a USB Ethernet adapter or a wired network cable to access the internet properly.

Is there no option to continue without internet? I recall there being a button somewhere which lets you skip the network setup stuff, but I don't know if they removed it or not.

They took it away. A smart decision from Microsoft. This essentially leaves you waiting until you can connect via Ethernet or a Wi-Fi network, assuming the PC has a built-in Wi-Fi card.

Press Shift + F10 to open the Command Prompt. Enter OOBE\BYPASSNRO and hit Enter. I've tried this before when the removal option was new, understanding microshit, they're ensuring you stay connected for faster data retrieval or possible security updates.
