I'm having a problem with my new motherboard. The LEDs light up briefly only when I disconnect and reconnect the power cable. It seems the power is coming from the USB port on the case, which is charging my phone, not directly from the PSU. I noticed the fans aren't spinning and the PSU LEDs are different from what I expected. I'm feeling a bit anxious—can you help me figure this out?

Choose a processor, cooler, and memory as a baseline; GPU may be needed based on your CPU selection.

According to @Lurick, you'll need a CPU, cooler, and more RAM. It's unclear exactly what they meant by "clicking."

Hi there! My name is 8 . l m, and I'm working on assembling a PC. The CPU, motherboard, case, and PSU are all in place, but I haven't purchased RAM or an SSD yet. I've gathered everything I have and watched a video that was edited on January 15, 2023 by Diageokokolo to help me with the next steps.

To get the PC running (and start from the BIOS), you need at least: a CPU from the motherboard, power for the RAM, a graphics card, and storage for the operating system. If you don’t have all these parts ready, turning on the PC won’t work. Wait until everything is assembled before seeking help.
