Identify the USB3 port on your motherboard and gently remove it. If it feels stuck, use a small flat object to gently push it out without forcing. Ensure you're not damaging any connectors or casing during the process.

USB 3 connectors are really bothersome. In the past, I had to detach the whole connector along with the plastic casing, then remove the plastic from the cable and reattach it to the board myself.

Use a plastic pry tool to gently press on the plastic motherboard section, aiding in its separation from the cable.

Grip the plastic section of the motherboard's connector firmly while extracting the cable, so it stays securely in place.

Grip the motherboard connector tightly and gently move the header back and forth until it is sufficiently loose to take off.

It's a common issue that has occurred on several motherboards. Typically, I take off the plastic cover from the connector, then carefully remove the cover and reattach it to the pins. Be gentle throughout the process to avoid damaging the small pins.
