I would attempt the steps in this sequence: 1) Reset CMOS to check for issues 2) Disconnect the SSD/NVME device and observe PC behavior, then reconnect to test if it resolves the problem 3) Reinstall Windows if the first two steps fail; you can switch to another drive and restore files once the system is stable
