Windows 10 is installed but secure boot isn't enabled, preventing an upgrade to Windows 11. To get Windows 11 you can either reinstall Windows 10 to unlock the upgrade or download it directly from Microsoft using your existing Windows 10 key.

My Windows 10 isn't installing when it's running in Secure Boot mode, especially since it's not installed in UEFI format.
