Do you use windows to monitor data usage? The built in tool is decent, although I don’t use it

Comcast displays a usage meter online, but it updates every 24 hours. My router monitors both overall data consumption and individual device usage. However, my dad spends around 16 hours daily in front of the TV streaming, and my mom does the same. During winter, there aren’t many activities. We’ve nearly hit our data limits a few times. Since my parents cover the internet bill, I’m careful not to exceed any overage fees. Appreciate it.
