I'm experiencing thermal throttling on my Thermaltake 360mm AIO when using push/pull with a Ryzen 7 5800X. It started a few weeks ago despite low usage and no overclocking. After about nine months, temperatures rise to 50-60°C during idle and spike to 90°C under load, only recovering partially—about one-eighth of the time. The cooling system feels ineffective; the plastic housing is intact, pressure seems normal, and thermal paste changes didn’t help. Eco mode isn’t working either—it causes boot loops until BIOS shuts it down. I’m looking for solutions or fixes to this issue.

The lower mounting pressure looks acceptable, and the thermal paste has been updated. Please confirm whether the pump in the AIO remains functional.

I hope AIOs had flow indicators or any clear sign of water movement. If the fans are running, the mounting pressure and thermal paste seem fine, the issue likely lies in insufficient liquid flow. Have you checked the area around the CPU cooler, where the pump is located? You should feel any vibration there.

Check your BIOS options and reset everything back to the standard configuration. Or switch Precision Boost to auto or default settings.

This result is improved compared to previous versions. The calculations show better performance metrics, such as 13% of 95A versus 12% of 160 Amps and 9% of 140A versus 10% of 190A. These figures define the boundaries for CPU performance limits. Your earlier comparison in the first screenshot was significantly higher than these acceptable ranges.

Open your BIOS and navigate to the Advanced Precision Boost options. Check the PPT, TDC, and EDC values. Consider testing 120W PPT, 75 TDC, and 110 EDC.
