Hello, I'm working on repairing my Razer Kraken headset. The cable connecting it to the headset has been damaged over time, and the warranty is no longer valid, so I can't get a replacement from Razer. I've decided to fix it myself and replace the 3.5mm jack. When I opened the headset, I noticed there are six wires inside. I was expecting four but found six. I'm trying to figure out what each wire does by attaching an image and asking for clarification. (Sorry, my English isn't great.)

Hello, I attempted to resolve the issue with my Kraken but encountered the same problem again. It seems the audio volume and micropone on/off switch might be using two cables. I tried to assist you, and if correct, please reply here so I can help fix your device as well. Edit: I discovered a knot inside the headphone that could be causing the issue.

I attempted to repair the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition wiring, but the issue persisted. There was a noise at the contact points of the wire, so I cut the cable and tried resoldering everything with new parts. The headphones are now working properly, though the microphone remains non-functional. It appears the contacts were soldered incorrectly, even though the wiring diagram seems to indicate everything is correct. Could anyone explain what went wrong with the microphone? I’ve also reviewed the schematic myself to clarify the connections, but it hasn’t resolved the problem.
