I've had this headset for a while now and I love it. It started crackling every once in a while. You know, like audio "pops". It's very annoying and it has only gotten worse. Here are the things I've tried: I've used different USB ports on the front and back of my PC. I've disabled bluetooth, turned off my router. I think the headset is on the 2.4ghz band. Still crackling. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the G Hub software. I've looked inside the G Hub software and tinkered, but nothing in there helps. I've reached out to Logitech. They're no help. "Turn it off and back on" I've tried resetting the USB dongle and headset. Not sure if it actually worked or not because it doesn't really tell you. I've gone into the sound control panel on Windows 10 and messed around with just about every setting. This started happening on my old PC. I just built a brand new one and it has a fresh install of Windows 10. It can't be a hardware issue because when I use this same headset on my PS5, NO CRACKLING/POPS! I did some weird stuff where I uninstalled G Hub, uninstalled the Logitech driver in Device Manager (I think) and then had windows find their generic driver. That didn't do anything. I've tried a different headset on the same computers, no issue. At this point, this is my hail mary. Idk what else to do. It's has to be something on my PC, right? I do have onedrive syncing some files. Maybe something from the old PC got over on my new one that was causing problems? Any help would be much appreciated. Windows 10 (updated) MSI B650-P Pro WiFi Ryzen 7 7700X 32GB DDR5 @6000mhz RTX 4070 Ti

It's really annoying. I just removed the G Hub software again and cleared all G Hub files from my PC, but now the issue persists. The problem is that my mouse is a G502 Wireless and requires the G Hub for button settings. I'm shocked they can't address this. If you look up "Pro X Crackling," there are many reports of similar issues with no solutions found. It must be proprietary drivers. They likely charge high prices for RMA parts but ignore bugs. Each new G Hub release seems to add more features without fixing problems. Ugh.

The LMG labs might evaluate similar projects and deliver solid findings directly to these related firms.

I also faced similar issues with my Logitech mouse, keyboard, and headset. The wisest choice was to replace them with a Keychron keyboard, HyperX mouse, and quality studio headphones and microphone. These options are expensive, typically last only about a year or two, and companies rarely address such problems. It’s smarter to purchase from specialists in these areas.
