As mentioned in the title, he can't use it. It was uninstalled several times and reinstalled multiple times, but searching online didn't help. Each time he reaches that page—https://gyazo.com/e14907a62564634e7417dcf4e19aff54—it won't play or close properly. No freezing detected, just unresponsive. Anyone with the same problem or solution tips would be appreciated.
