He bought a used PC and asked me to install his HDDs, but I cleaned it thoroughly beforehand. Now the system starts correctly but fails after a short time—after a few seconds it shuts down and then restarts. The machine runs an i5 4430, GTX 1050, 16GB RAM, and uses the BIOSH81MHV3 version 7.3.

Remove the CMOS battery for 5 minutes, then reinstall it. Ensure the system boots normally without an HDD or PC boot process.

It doesn't power on at all, it begins briefly then restarts repeatedly, without any indication of a display or video output. That's what I've experienced so far.

I didn’t think because I assumed my brother had already tried, but it seems he hadn’t. He got it from a friend who said it worked, though the friend didn’t test it beforehand.
