Hello, here are your specs: GPU 7800XT, CPU 7800X3D, RAM G.Skill Trident Z 6000MT, MOBO MSI Tomahawk wifi b650. As described, my PC stutters with Windows HDR, leading to CPU core spikes during freezes and stuttering. This doesn’t occur when recording, though the software behaves oddly. I have video of this problem but can’t upload it here. It seems like you’ve already mentioned the main issue so it’s clear. Another small concern is that the nightmode UV filter keeps turning on unexpectedly.

Checked with hwinfo in edge to view CPU cores, but scrolling or moving the mouse doesn't function properly—it causes lag.
