Hi there, I often visit this site for assistance. For the first time, I purchased the MSI laptop (https://us.msi.com/Laptop/GS75-Stealth-9...cification) and am facing problems with the HDMI output. It appears the connection functions normally with other monitors, but there are unusual stuttering and screen tearing issues. I've experimented with various monitors, refresh rates, and resolutions, yet the problem continues. When using a different monitor, everything works fine and I can adjust settings without issues. The main challenge arises when trying to maintain smooth performance—screen tearing occurs regardless of settings, and even with minor adjustments, noticeable stuttering remains. I've updated the NVIDIA drivers, but it hasn't resolved the matter. Since I bought this laptop used, I suspect the port might be faulty, though I'm not sure if that's the cause. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time.

Also, a quick question: my plan is to use this laptop as a desktop replacement and connect it to a Thunderbolt 3 docking station. I want to run a 144Hz 1080p monitor alongside a 60Hz 1080p display. From what I see online, the specs should support both configurations. However, I'm unsure if running multiple monitors together would work as expected. Could you help clarify?

I checked all the HDMI cables around the house, including the one powering my 1080 144Hz monitor. The only improvement was with some of the older ones, while newer ones seem to be worse. There’s just one HDMI output on the laptop—if you want to try another port, let me know.
