I know someone with the same AMD 6600XT GPU facing the same problem after reinstalling drivers. They tried using another GPU for display, which worked fine, but when they reinstalled the latest driver it started again. They've already tried different HDMI cables and TVs without any signal. They're looking for a way to avoid reinstalling drivers this time.

Actually just found the issue. There is none, you just need to log in to PC (even if screen is black/no signal), wait for a couple of minutes and you will get display back. In other words, its just slow and dumb.

It seems I resolved the issue by swapping out the HDMI cable. I purchased a fresh one and connected it, and the desktop appeared on my screen immediately.

I configured the new PC with a 6600 8GB Eagle and still faced the issue—HDMI signal isn’t working, and I’m unsure if a HDMI 2.1 adapter would help. It seems the display output appears as 1.4 instead of the expected signal.
