I own a decent setup but can't bring it along for the next four months abroad. Gaming time won’t be a priority, but having something to enjoy would help. My machine runs an i5 3210m with HD 4000 graphics and I already have a few titles like Orcs Must Die 2, XCOM Enemy Unknown, Limbo, Super Meat Boy, Don't Starve, and Mark of the Ninja Well. I’m looking for more options since I’ve played these before. Any suggestions? What games do you play on your less-than-perfect laptop? I’ll bring a mouse and a PS3 controller.

It's okay. Your laptop, which has a dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM from the 4XXX series, handles many smaller games quite well.

You were looking for other enjoyable games that work with your setup, not checking if they’re available.

Haha! Your HP i3 2.5 GHz with Intel 4600 and 4 GB RAM can handle Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops 1 at low settings, and many other games run smoothly.

The listed titles and other lightweight indie games should work well. Terraria stands out as essential, though it may take up a lot of time rather than being a quick escape during travel. FTL, Freedom Planet, Sunless Sea, and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons could be solid options.
