What video quality are you using? You can push it to 1080p with minor adjustments.

Out of curiosity, what kind of framerates do you see? My friend with i3-4150 and R9 270 has abysmal fps in GTA 5 (like average 45) while my friend with i3-4150 and GTX 560 can get 60+ lol. Not sure if the combination of GTA not optimized with AMD cards and AMD's drivers using more CPU just makes good performance on his setup impossible, or if there's something funky behind the scenes that can resolve it.

Constant reading at 60 mph outside the city, decreases to 55-50 mph while driving or flying quickly through urban areas.

It seems the i3 + AMD setup doesn’t quite fit well with GTA, especially when compared to the 4150 and 6100 models. The performance gap between those chips is pretty noticeable.

Using any card with the i3 leads to these outcomes. GTA avoids dual cores, whether they're hyperthreaded or not. My graphics card stays around 60% utilization during intense use, while my processor runs at full capacity constantly.

Works smoothly with his 4150 and GTX 560 back then, and now with the 760.
