Have you tried updating your graphics card?
I'm putting together a budget PC build for my friend, the graphics card we went with was the RX 480. We put the PC together and noticed that it wasn't posting - The fans would spin, the graphics card looked like it was working, but there was no output. After some troubleshooting I brought out my PC and switched the graphics cards around - And then it worked, but my PC also worked. This implies that the card is infact working, just not with the PC we built for whatever reason. I've done all the basic things - Ensuring power cables are correctly attacked, reseating the card, ensuring cables are actually attached - But to no avail. This is his PC build: https://postimg.cc/sMWXJbYD
Have all components been checked? Have you installed your working GPU into the new setup? The PCIe port might be damaged or there could be a power supply issue. Also, if the motherboard lacks MATX slots, it should offer more options—consider using an RX480 in another slot. Maybe the slot wasn’t fully secured; a simple reinsertion could help.
His graphics card functions on my computer, and mine operates with his machine except during rare instances when his card connects to mine.
