In terms of gameplay, graphics, and how you feel about movement while using a controller on PC, the experience offers a distinct feel. There’s a noticeable dramatic contrast in gameplay dynamics. Visually, the quality is solid at 1080p, providing clear detail without overwhelming resolution. The graphics handle movement smoothly, though some scenes may feel slightly less fluid compared to higher resolutions. Overall, it delivers a balanced blend of performance and visuals suitable for most players.
For graphics, the PS4 performs well, significantly better than the PS3 and similar to light PC settings (what were you hoping for...). Regarding frame rate, the 4 model maintains frames much more stably, and it's noticeably smoother than on the PS3. Achieving 60 FPS is quite impressive, though it depends on your personal perception—some might find the difference subtle while others won't notice at all. It's hard to give a definitive answer without seeing it yourself.
I've only experienced the initial patches before major enhancements were released for PS4, so my assessment is limited. It wasn't a bad run on the console, but the PC version shows some lag. I recently installed the latest driver, which could resolve that issue. The performance is a blend of ultra features (textures, post-processing, draw distance, reflections) and high settings (shadows, tiling, water effects, shaders, AO).
