Have you seen a white motherboard?
I suggested constructing a gaming PC for your friend with a completely white build. She has an i5-12400 or an i7-11700K, and you're looking for a white motherboard compatible with LGA 1700 or LGA 1200 for about $150. I personally dislike white PC parts, though she already owns a white case.
There aren't many white motherboards compatible with LGA 1200 and 1700 sockets, though they can be expensive. Here are a few options I found:

These CPUs were chosen specifically. LGA 1151 is outdated, and Ryzen isn't suitable here. You can still find compatible AM4 boards if you're in the US.
It's interesting what you noticed about the white motherboards. Most actually have a black and white PCB design. I found a B360 model, though it might not be very practical. Still, white PCBs definitely look nice! I think there’s still a lot of black in them, but painting connectors could be a simple fix.
The nearest match for a white LGA 1700 board is the MSI B660M Mortar WiFi, featuring white/silver components while the main board is black. For LGA 1200, the NXZT N7 Z590 in white is available, though it only has white covers over a black PCB.
