Not recommended to cancel. The motherboard includes a BIOS flash button that lets you update it without booting into BIOS. This means you can flash the board yourself even if it wasn’t preloaded with the correct BIOS when shipped, without needing a compatible CPU.

Thanks for the feedback. I became anxious about the shipping timeline and chose to cancel, hoping to avoid any issues. I’m worried about the BIOS Flash after reading some negative stories. Do you know any other motherboards that would work well with the 7800X3D without needing a flash, in the $100-200 range with Wi-Fi? Sorry, that’s quite detailed—it seems the ASRock model at $125 is no longer available, and I’m unsure which one fits best.

How much are you willing to spend? And it's difficult to guarantee if any board will come with support of out the box. The chances are good but not 100%.

Hey! I chose the Gigabyte 650 AORUS Elite AX because I looked on the manufacturer's site and noticed the 7800X3D was compatible from the very first BIOS release, which should have been a good choice!
