I recently assembled a new PC, thanks to the guidance I got here on the forum. Here are the details for anyone interested: https://at.pcpartpicker.com/list/83bv6D. I’ve encountered a fairly broad range of problems with the 7900 XTX card, specifically driver timeouts during gaming. In the Event Viewer they show up as "Display driver amdwddmg stopped responding and has successfully recovered." It seems the issue hasn’t been fully resolved, possibly due to various factors. A recurring thought is that the problem might stem from system memory. I purchased the exact RAM model I mentioned: ‎ CMK32GX5M2B6000C36 ( https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0B15DC288?psc=...t_details9 ). However, I now notice other listings appear identical to mine, including one from Corsair: ‎ CMK32GX5M2D6000C36 ( https://www.amazon.de/Corsair-VENGEANCE-...uage=de_DE). My motherboard Gigabyte B650M AORUS ELITE AX rev. 1.0 doesn’t match the exact RAM version I bought in its supported modules list ( https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B65...ort-memsup). It does, though, raise a question about how significant this would be—does Gigabyte actually exclude my part number? I don’t see a clear difference between the two boards. The driver timeouts are also something I’ve seen in many discussions online, so I’m not expecting anything beyond what’s already shared. Thanks!

I realized the link was for the B650M MB, not the non-M model. The board doesn’t show any compatible memory options on the support page, meaning it’s unclear what’s available.

Memory seems unlikely to be the problem unless it's defective (try a memory test overnight Manufacturers typically specify tested components or partner checks, but compatibility with standard specs should ensure functionality for devices like PCIe cards, RAM modules, and SATA. If display driver errors persist, the GPU or its driver might be the issue—uninstall drivers and retry. For a fresh setup, consider reinstalling the OS if the driver reinstall fails.
