Hey there, I'm searching for folks with experience in Rainbow 6 siege and how tough the game can be. I tried the beta but struggled to hit over 20 FPS. That’s why I upgraded my PC (it’s on its way now) and I’m wondering if anyone has a similar setup. Could you share your FPS numbers or performance tips? My rig includes an i5 4460, R9 380, 8GB RAM, and nitro. I’d love to see what settings work best for you. If you’re in the r6s subreddit, that tech forum would be perfect!

The game performs poorly due to its optimization, which is expected since it uses the same engine as AC Unity and AC Syndicate. It doesn't handle SLI well—just one 980ti reaches around 60 FPS on Ultra, maxing out at 80, while two 980tis drop significantly. I’ve heard Ubisoft stopped supporting it a long time ago.
