Your 3060 Ti is experiencing issues where fan speeds are capped and the display isn’t working. After replacing the OS and flashing the motherboard BIOS, it only functioned briefly before shutting down. Now the GPU isn’t visible in Device Manager, making it impossible to update the BIOS without a bootable drive. I’ve cleaned the PCIe connections and re-applied thermal paste, but nothing seems to help. The problem persists across both PCs using integrated graphics. I recently built a new system and it behaved the same. Could be a hardware fault or a persistent BIOS issue.
