Your X3D performance stays under 65 after 10 minutes of R23. There seems to be an issue.
With the extreme setting in FH5, my CPU is consistently around 75°C. In town or city conditions there are only slight spikes up to 80°C. The highest it reaches is 90°C, and since I haven’t been nearby, no throttling has occurred. Around 40°C when idle. Using an air cooler suggests a few degrees cooler with an AIO.
It's interesting how few users achieve such high temperatures.
