I’m noticing coil whining coming from my PSU, which sounds like a high-pitched squeak. It happens occasionally, especially under heavy loads or when the system is idling after a reboot. I’m wondering if there’s anything I can do to reduce it, whether it improves over time or if a replacement is necessary.

Consider focusing on the noise origin by using a sheet of A4 paper rolled into a cylinder. Place one end near your ear and use the other as a probe to pinpoint the sound source.
If you have a link for the RX6950XT, aftermarket overclocked GPUs usually require more power than standard ones at their default speeds, just a note.
