There is no screen and no beeps coming from the BIOS. The computer only acts fine if you turn it off for a long time before turning it back on. I tried replacing the BIOS chip, but that didn't work either. I also tried to reprogram it, and it's still not working. Could someone please help me?

Welcome to this forums! When you post about fixing things, please share all your computer parts like CPU, cooler, motherboard, RAM, hard drive, GPU, power supply, case, operating system, and monitor. Also tell us how old the power supply is besides its make and model. Show me your BIOS version right now. I tried replacing the BIOS chip but it still won't work, and trying to reprogram didn't help either. That's a last step you take if nothing else helps. Did your computer ever get unplugged or have a power outage? Moved this thread from the CPU section to the Systems section.

I never get power outages. The last time something happened was when I turned on the PC, my screen went blank and the CPU fan started spinning faster before the problem started. My computer is a built-up Lenovo H530s. I haven't added anything to this setup. CPU: Intel i3-4160. Cooler: Intel. Motherboard: CIH81M. RAM: 4 GB hynix. SSD/HDD: PNY. GPU: Integrated. PSU: Lite On 180W. OS: Win 10. Monitor: Phillips.
