Minor blur from shadows affected the recording; I used the desktop recorder instead of the game recorder.

You're not happy with the lighting effect, right? It's often referred to as a lens flare. It can make the image look less realistic. The rest of the scene seems amazing though!

Absolutely, the person behind iCEnhancer tends to add a lot of detail.

The effect came from either shadowplay or the mod itself.

The lens flare is extremely bad; stock GTA 4 appears more appealing. The ice changer is impressive, but the lens flare ruins any chance of it looking good.

Everything here is the unfiltered version, and yes, it's called lens flare. I chose to go all-in if I wanted to mod the game, which took me around four days of constant headaches before it worked smoothly without any crashes, haha. This battle is known among all GTA4 modders.

The lens flares are noticeable mainly during the recording session but also allow me to display the entire lighting setup simultaneously. During the day it’s terrible, but at night it works well—it has a clear difference that improves the quality. It’s mostly suitable for capturing screenshots.
