I recently switched from an 8GB RTX 2060 Super GPU to an RX 7800 XT.
I ensured I used ddu and even reinstalled Windows.
After updating drivers, my PC still has trouble starting.
When I restart, the motherboard lights orange, and the screens go black.
I have to turn the system on and off manually for it to boot correctly.
The boot process starts with an orange light, then a red light, followed by white and finally green.

Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B650-PLUS WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600x
GPU: ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 2060 EVO OC 8Gb
RAM: 16GB Kingston FURY Beast DDR5 5600MHz
PSU: Corsair RMe Series RM750e
CPU cooler: Be Quiet Pure Rock 2 Black
Case: ZALMAN i3 Neo Argb

I notice three different GPUs listed. Remove your dedicated GPU, connect the monitor to MoBo via the iGPU inside the CPU, and check if the system powers on and boots normally. If it does, the CPU-MoBo-RAM setup seems to work. Then, isolate each GPU one at a time and connect them to the build to observe the POSTs and booting process. The RTX 2060 Super, RX 7800 XT and RTX 4060 are mentioned. If any of these have problems while the others function properly, the faulty one might be defective.
