Over the last month my connection has been unstable, with packet loss ranging from 3% to 10% in the mornings and afternoons. Around 3-5 pm it consistently spikes to 10-40%, making it nearly impossible to stream or play games. My ISP visited twice, changed the router/modem mix, and tested both times, but the issue persisted only in the morning. They mentioned replacing coax cables later but never gave a specific date and suggested it might not be the problem. Since I have multiple gaming consoles and computers all experiencing similar issues, I’m unsure if it’s my setup or their service. I’ve been running tracer tests and ping checks, but consistently see “request timed out” on the 7th hop. I’ve shared this several times and am exhausted from the lag during gameplay.
