Good morning, I'm having trouble describing the issue. I visited the desktop and noticed everything is black except the app icons remain visible. Only when I click an area with the mouse does it change color again. This happens with Chrome too—when I move the mouse over certain pages or the bar above windows, it shows me a previous version or image. I also see similar problems in some apps like Chrome and Discord. Sometimes moving the mouse reveals old content or images that were previously on screen. I don’t know how to fix this or what might be causing it.

AMD 7800x3d, 4070 12gb, 32gb ddr5 6000mhz, b650 tomahawk wifi. Occasionally it occurs, sometimes it doesn't, and when it does I'm unsure of its cause. It hasn't happened on my desktop recently; it did yesterday on Discord.

I have another issue with my graphics card. Based on the problem you mentioned earlier, it seems there might be a connection. When the game freezes unexpectedly, the GPU usage drops to zero during the freeze. I tried reinstalling the video card drivers and updating all other drivers, but nothing changed. The next step I considered was resetting the PC from scratch... let me know if this helps.
