She experiences intermittent internet issues with specific sites like PlayStation, EA, and Healthcare.gov. The problem occurs sporadically but frequently enough to disrupt her work remotely. Despite resetting the router/modem, troubleshooting by ISP staff, and changing providers, the Access Denied error persists. She relies on these sites for job-related tasks. Assistance would be valuable.

Navigate to your browser history, select a link and close it. The outcome is uncertain.

I suggest she test it on her PC, though I’m uncertain it will function with other gadgets. The PS4 seems stuck due to an Access Denied error.

hmmmm.. do a malware check. I have a slight feeling it could be a redirect attack? also try other browsers. Are other devices affected?

It seems like a DDoS attack, hacking, or malware incident. It’s strange that the ISP couldn’t handle it, as you’d expect them to. If your account is correct, it looks very similar to what happens on platforms like PSN, where many people get involved. I’m trying to figure out if there’s something going on—maybe someone upset or a stalker is involved. This definitely matches the description.

She would start by examining the issue carefully, then determine the best way to resolve it.
