I sometimes encounter a BSOD after running a bugcheck on my PC (as shown in the event viewer), and I’m not sure how to resolve it. It seems to occur unexpectedly without any warning. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

With WinDBG I observed that psmsrv.dll is the component failing. It might be useful to check if fixing the OS resolves the issue, refer to this tutorial:

Make sure to back up any important data before continuing, in case the system can't boot to the OS GUI.

It seems a little unsettling to try... I'm not entirely confident I can manage it because I don't fully grasp what's happening.
