Confirm your RAM speed is indeed at 3200 MHz using a tool like CPU-Z. It’s tricky to hit 3200 stably with Zen+, often reaching around 2933 with two sticks. You might have enabled XMP, but the OS isn’t applying it. Also, ensure you’re using the most recent BIOS version for your card.

Ddr refers to double data rate, meaning 1600 translates to 3200. Check your RAM reliability using Passmark memtest86.

AMD states your CPU's maximum stable XMP speed is 2933MHz. Increasing RAM to 3200MHz adds about 266MHz gain (6%), which only improves performance slightly while maintaining stability. Lowering it should keep things steady. Just remember, these numbers aren't directly comparable.

Additionally, consider testing the CPU with Cinebench R23 and the system with 3DMark Firestrike (available for free on DemoSteam). These tests will help determine if your CPU is functioning properly and if your setup performs similarly to others in its class.
