Never purchase a used water cooler from an unknown source. If you're determined to save money, opt for a refurbished one directly from the manufacturer. Securing a used cooler from a random person is risky, especially since the one you receive might be more costly and effective than what you currently have.

Thanks for your response. I was thinking about whether buying or not buying, mainly because I'm unsure how to damage it, and I didn't have time to test it. I plan to use a double fan with Master Liquid Lite, so is that suitable for my i7 8700k? Also, I intend to upgrade to premium 3 fans in front of the case.

Enough for what? Stock speeds? Overclocking? What voltages and speeds would apply if overclocked?
There are also other factors we don't know about. But in general, the response is probably yes, as long as you're not overclocking too much.
