I keep encountering this warning:
Adrenaline Warning message
I followed the link and installed the drivers it recommended. Restarted the PC but the alert persists. My system is Windows 10 version 22H2.
Hardware: MSI B450 Pro-M2 motherboard, Ryzen 5700X CPU, GeForce RTX 4060 GPU, 32GB RAM at 3200MHz.

Did you change the AMD Radeon GPU to an Nvidia one? You must first remove the AMD Adrenalin drivers. Use DDU

I wouldn't anticipate an AMD video tool alerting during use with a Nvidia graphics card.

What might be occurring is that you're considering removing the Adrenaline software because it's no longer necessary for you.

I managed to install it. My setup was a FatBoy Radeon 580.

Because I followed the steps in reverse, relying on the Windows 10 driver uninstall tool, will DDU only detect my current GPU?

I'm worried you didn't uninstall everything related to the AMD GPU that way. DDU will provide options to select which GPU to remove and can also delete audio drivers. It seems I should not have removed the AMD Chipset Software, nor did I have to uninstall AMD Ryzen Master—it's all about the motherboard, and those drivers are necessary. DDU can be configured to automatically restart in safe mode.
