I have a 14700K CPU paired with a Palit 3060. I attempted to lower the voltage to manage heat, but during testing, the screen went black and the RTX logo faded to dark green from bright white. Since then, I haven't seen any display activity. It seems my GPU might be damaged, possibly due to the undervolting and adjustments I made.

i would say thats zero from undervolting. overclocking is diffrent from undervolting.
if your pc doesnt start i would suggest pulling out the 2032 battery on the motherboard keep it out for a few minutes then put it back in and turn it back on, and see if it works.

The system starts up, but the GPU is no longer responding.

I had a pretty similar experience with a Palit 2060. There seems to be a lot of 3000 series 3060s dying for some reason, which I don't fully understand, but my guess is that some of the stock might have come from the pandemic and they were using whatever was available to make GPUs. Depending on when you bought it, other things you can try are resetting your BIOS to default settings and then putting the GPU back in to see if that fixes the issue.

It seems the device is already failing despite attempts to restore BIOS and elements. The issue might be related to unstable voltage, CPU instability, or overclocking, not just GPU problems.

It seems like a poor card, honestly. I had a palit 2060 that randomly died for me too.
