I play on a server located quite far away (160ms+), and I only manage 50-90 fps even though I think I should be getting more with my specs.
My setup is based on the specs here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/70181636.
I've adjusted settings a thousand times, changed hardware components, used memreduct, and tried exitlag for connection.
Any suggestions would be really helpful.

the system ssd is nearly full
the gpu could be the problem. consider turning everything off or reducing power.

CPU 9700k
GPU 6650-xt
Ram 2x8 3200GHz CL 16
Which storage device do you use for the game? It's usually best to leave at least 10-20% of total space available. Your 1TB C:/ drive should have 100-200GB free, not just 40GB. If the game is on a WD Blue hard drive, consider moving it to a Kingston drive and creating more space there.
Lower your graphics settings to Potato mode to check if FPS improves; if it does, your CPU might be limiting performance. If FPS stays low, your GPU could be the issue.

I just freed up a significant amount of room on the system's SSD. The user benchmark is still a few days old.
I've installed it on my M.2 drive, and I'm planning to reduce the graphics settings next.

The x8 msaa really slows down your FPS significantly.

I reduced the graphics settings and the frame rate increased. However, the issue remains when moving in a car—it suddenly jumps from 120 to 40, causing the game to stutter unexpectedly

Found this on a quick google search

Consider trying to lock the game to 60FPS and see if that helps
