They are all "real."
Their values change depending on the sensor's position and its precision.

The Temperatures package value represents the complete temperature of your CPU, encompassing all its cores and heat spreader. If you wish to view the specific core temperatures, expanding the "Cores" section may help.

Some users prefer HWiNFO as a better tool. Be sure to select the "Sensors only" setting at startup to avoid being overwhelmed with data.

The package usually represents a measurement outside the CPU, while the individual cores are based on up to 600 sensors on the Ryzen processor. Info - How to use HWINFO to track Sensor values on Ryzen Download HWINFO - https://www.hwinfo.com/download/ when you open the app, click the tick box next to show sensors only, and click run in the next window, click on the gear icon in bottom right, this opens settings. On General tab, under polling period, set it to 500 and click the set button... forums. I usually just monitor core temperatures because they don’t fluctuate as much as the package does. I’m wondering what would be best for tracking on a dual-CCD CPU like this one. Curious how it appears – it might display core temperatures for both CCDs or a combined total.

Check if your AIO fans and pump pins are reversed.
