Hello! I saw you trying to move from Windows 7 to Windows 10 via a free upgrade, but when you clicked download, nothing appeared and the app crashed. Someone please assist and share some tips. Thanks!

With a 4GB or larger USB drive, you can bypass the installer and simply download the file directly from the USB. Click the link provided: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download...x?id=48127
