It seems the system is experiencing frequent restarts while playing games. Initially, I thought it might be a Windows issue, so I adjusted the PC settings. After unplugging it and trying to remove the RAM modules without success, I didn’t apply any overclocking. The temperatures are consistently around 70°C in the CPU cores and 90°C on the GPU. I’ve had three restarts while writing this. What should I do now?

The main problems that could lead to computer restarts while gaming are failing to meet basic specs, overheating, and power supply issues. These factors force the CPU to work harder and trigger a restart to protect the system from harm.

It might be a PSU issue. Even though the PC isn’t overheating and specs are sufficient, checking the Windows Event Viewer suggests it could be an NVMe-related problem.

Your computer is overheating a lot... the GPU PSU is pushing limits... don't worry, it's okay!

It's surprisingly manageable. The CPU hits 5GHz while the GPU stays cool at around 90ºC, and it's air-cooled. The PSU was actually the issue. That's definitely a bold move, but I'll be careful next time.

Your computer also restarts while playing games like Horizon Hero Dawn and Uncharted 4. A few months ago you played well, but recently it’s rebooting randomly when launching games. The GPU temperature spikes to 40°C, while the CPU stays around 70°C. You have an Intel i5 4th gen GPU with an Invidia GeForce 1060 (3GB). You need assistance fixing your PC.

I haven't received a fix yet. The issue is still happening.
