Hello, I’m based in India and use Nvidia GFN with a VPN to reach the European server. My connection speed is around 100 Mbps both ways, and I usually experience ping times between 120-130 ms. This is normal considering the distance to the server, and offline gaming works fine at that latency. Recently, I’ve noticed consistently high ping (200+ ms) on all European Nvidia servers. I attached a traceroute from my game browser to see the path: PC → Airtel (ISP) → Relay → Nvidia server. The first few hops show my machine and ISP, while the last two hop directly to the servers. A different traceroute from Ping.pe shows a different ISP but uses my IP as a transit point, which seems similar in routing. It looks like the latency is much lower than what I’m seeing now. I’m trying to figure out who’s causing this issue and need your advice. Thanks for your help.

I suspect the ISP's service quality has worsened, which points to an issue with the provider.

It's hard to pinpoint the exact cause without knowing the full context. The issue might stem from various factors like server performance, network congestion, or ISP problems.
