Have trouble ending a computer crash?
This information is really helpful! It clarifies why my headset often picks up a lot of noise and why switching to analog output might help. I removed the ASUS AI noise cancellation and hope it resolves the problem. I’ve also shared the latest crash file, which occurred just a few minutes ago. Thanks for your support so far! 042021-23437-01.dmp
We're ready to help. Take a look at the file and let me know what you find.
This situation is even worse than before. The crash matches the previous one but now it's happening directly on the system file. This suggests: (1) Severely damaged operating system, (2) Outdated or faulty drivers, (3) An overclocking incident, and (4) CPU damage.
You should check your system closely. Make sure all drivers are current, verify the BIOS settings match your hardware, and run diagnostics to confirm the CPU is functioning properly. Keep an eye on performance and watch for any unusual behavior.
You chose whether to accept the drivers automatically or manually downloaded the newest ones from the motherboard's website.
We can try downloading a LiveUSB version of Linux Mint, which closely resembles Windows. Experiment with it briefly to check stability. If it works smoothly, it suggests Windows compatibility; if issues arise, it points to hardware problems. Linux Mint is straightforward and includes a Steam client, making it suitable for testing games and stressing the system. Someone can guide you through preparing it on a USB drive if needed.
Same as before, Explorer.exe stopped working (the desktop). You can check your RAM using MemTest86, but I don’t think so. Faulty RAM usually shows crash dumps everywhere, yours look very similar.
