I adjusted the voltage on the RAM, saved the changes, and restarted in BIOS. After that, my PC kept restarting repeatedly, so I shut it down. Since then, I’ve replaced all components, except for my GPU which I swapped with an older 650Ti to test if that was the issue. Even after that, it still didn’t work properly. Now I’m stuck with a new PC, but it’s not functioning at all.

Attempt to reset CMOS: power off, disconnect from mains, switch the power button on for about 15 seconds to confirm it’s fully off. Then remove the battery and reset by connecting the pins together for 15-30 seconds. It might help to leave it with the battery removed overnight if possible. Reassemble and try again. This method worked when I set memory too high on my B350M Mortar, resulting in a black screen (cold brick). Good luck.

Attempt to reset CMOS: power off, disconnect from mains, switch the power button on for about 15 seconds to confirm it’s fully off. Then remove the battery and reset by connecting the pins together for 15-30 seconds. It might help to leave it with the battery removed overnight if possible. Reassemble and try again. This method worked when I set memory too high on my B350M Mortar, resulting in a black screen (cold brick). Good luck.

didn't alter it too much (if you did, it could fry the mbo, cpu, and memory), are your fans spinning? try using just one memory slot or something else.
