I observed that turning off and re-enabling my display sometimes caused no signal. Removing the cable and reconnecting usually resolved the issue, though occasionally a system restart was needed. I’m connected via HDMI from my GPU to the TV. I’ve noticed this problem didn’t occur with my Nvidia card, so it might be related to a driver issue. Is this a known issue for AMD or something else?

You switched from an NVIDIA graphics card to an AMD one? Did you disable the NVIDIA drivers via DDU? Unless you did, reinstall the AMD drivers with DDU.

I support removing any remaining nVidia driver files and similar items. I recall testing a GTX 760 for a friend on my system using an AMD graphics card. I didn't encounter problems uninstalling the AMD drivers, inserting the GTX 760, and installing nVidia drivers. The real issue arose when I reinstalled my AMD graphics card—then DDU wasn't needed since there was no need to switch from AMD to nVidia. The remaining driver files were causing conflicts with the AMD drivers. Running DDU and starting over resolved the problem.

But they were handling them at the same time, and most of the tasks would automatically go to your single GPU—maybe it sounds odd, but it’s similar to just rebooting your system and seeing how many issues it resolves.

I’m not sure it will solve anything, but I’ll try it out.

I just removed the Nvidia and AMD drivers, rebooted the system, updated the AMD drivers, and restarted once more. It's still unclear whether this helped.

I observed that drivers aren't the issue. My TV would lose the signal to my PC, requiring a reset before it works again. This occurs occasionally. Could it be the port or the cable deteriorating, or is my TV malfunctioning?
