Have I fried my GPU ram?
I recently assembled a new computer (the build at the bottom), and I experimented with overclocking the graphics card. The GPU core clock remained stable at +165 mhz, no adjustments were made to the core voltage, and I was attempting to overclock the GPU RAM. The stress test performed well, lasting 15 minutes with Unigine Valley, showing no issues. After restarting and reverting back to factory settings, the white boxes persisted. When running the benchmark in Valley, everything worked correctly; however, only during the stress test did I encounter these white boxes. All tests in Kombustor passed, and games ran smoothly at high frame rates. The temperature stayed below 70°C (Celsius). It doesn’t match the images found online, as they described white boxes around images. Could anyone assist me?
I discovered the answer I’ll discuss later, just in case another person encounters a similar issue.
During a stress test, I navigated through the tabs at the top to view available options. In the 'settings' section, a checkbox labeled something like wire framing was selected. When I unchecked it, everything returned to normal. I plan to upload the video soon so others can learn from my experience.
