Over the weekend I and my friend embarked on building a PC for him. After assembly, we installed all drivers and updates. Everything functioned well during testing in Warzone (CoD), everything appeared fine, and he brought it home. The next day he received a color screen. We reinstalled Windows, reinserted the GPU, RAM, and even experimented with moving the GPU to a different PCIe slot. We’ve used up our limited expertise and are seeking assistance. Here are the details: we also tested HDMI and DP1.4, both worked at my place. Currently the PC is connected via HDMI to a TV temporarily. We plan to switch to another monitor and cable. Additionally, when we manage to troubleshoot, we can boot into safe mode and it functions properly. However, during a regular Windows restart the problem continues. CPU: Ryzen 5600 GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 GAMING OC 12G MOBO: GIGABYTE X570 AORUS PRO WIFI Motherboard RAM: 2x8 CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB DDR4 3133Hz PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G5, 80+ GOLD 750W. Thank you in advance for your help! .odyPCissue

Have you checked another monitor or the corresponding cable/port?

If it didn’t function on the TV at all, consider sending it to a monitor for testing or bring a monitor along. In the photo, it seems the display timing is incorrect or outside the acceptable range, or the HDMI cable isn’t suited for the bandwidth.

At first it didn't work, but after reinstalling Windows the problem disappeared. We updated the Wi-Fi drivers to sync with Windows, yet the issue returned. It seems related to the HDMI cable or display. Since everything was new, we'll test another monitor and HDMI cable.
