No one has mentioned this before. I ran the Windows 10 install file checker on all storage devices and found no issues. Still, you're experiencing problems during login.
Check if it's an insider version. If yes, report to Microsoft. If not, upgrade to the latest build—perhaps they fixed it. If it's the newest, still notify Microsoft.
