Have a question about the 2080TI driver?

I'm facing problems with the latest driver for my 2080TI. I haven't used my PC in a while and need to start fresh with all drivers. I've tried 581.08 but still experience very low FPS, even in games like Death Stranding that previously ran smoothly in 4K. I'm unsure which driver I was using before or how far back I can go while still playing new titles. The newest Nvidia driver seems better overall, but I haven't found any recent posts about compatibility with current games. I'm not sure what specs to mention for a PC like mine. Any advice would be really helpful. I've never posted here before, so I'm not confident about the details. Thanks!

Thank you, I just tested it again and got the same outcome. It feels strange, so maybe I should keep trying different drivers. I’m only managing 20-25 fps no matter the resolution or graphics settings. Used to get 120 smoothly in 4K with this game; I think I used one in the 442 area back then. I had the same problem, so I found a fix. It’s possible the CPU graphics driver is the main issue.

Just kidding, I discovered the issue and everything is back to normal. I'm too ashamed to even say what it was.

Helping others prevents them from making the same error. Everyone has encountered PCs at some stage.

Yeah, it's really long, but I realized I did it before I started building it. I just noticed the labeled ports and forgot about it.
